Alone with his machines, SKYGGE composed, arranged and produced this album inspired by Andersen's fairy tale, The Shadow (SKYGGE in Danish). Some tracks are composed on guitar or piano, others are directly inspired by musical fragments generated by artificial intelligence tools. SKYGGE has used these new sounds to create strong emotional atmospheres, hybrid, sometimes ghostly voices. He imagined his shadow wandering through the city Melancholia and composed the songs as variations on melancholy. For SKYGGE A.I. is sensual, the musical fragments and sounds it generates are fragile and sometimes very inspiring.
